Sunshine Committee – Nancy Dubbs
The purpose of this committee is to help share your good news among your neighbors or bring a bit of your neighbors’ goodwill to you or someone you care for.
If you want to share a happy occasion with a congratulation, cheer up someone convalescing or not feeling well, remember someone special, or share a sympathy; call Nancy to have a card or some other type of expression sent on behalf of the Estates community.

The group explores the local cuisine by scheduling dinner trips to area restaurants.
All Estates residents are invited to attend.

Welcome Committee – Judy Woods
The purpose of the welcome committee is to greet new neighbors into the community, assist them with any questions they may have about the community and its services, and provide them with a Welcome Kit. The kit provides important information on association and committee contacts, social events, and community amenities, and includes many useful reference documents.
