Architectural and Landscape

Residents planning any change effecting the exterior appearance or structural integrity of their home or any plan to add, remove, or change their landscaping must first submit an Architectural/Landscape Improvement Application to the Estates at Willow Creek Board of Directors. An approved application is required before work can begin.

Clubhouse Rental Information

The residents of the Estates at Willow Creek are welcome to rent the Estates Clubhouse for private functions. To reserve the Clubhouse for your party or special event, use the form found in the “Forms” section.

Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct

In 2007 the Board of Directors documented a Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct which they voluntarily and unanimously agreed to abide by. Additionally, the Board established that future Board members are required to review and sign the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct Form as a condition for serving on the Board.

Estate Sale Notification

The Estate Sale Notification is both a form and a set of rules governing an Estate Sale within the Estates at Willow Creek. The form (available here and at the management company) must be prepared and submitted to the management company at least four weeks prior to the planned sale.

WTFD Vial of L.I.F.E.

The Washington Township Fire Department Vial of L.I.F.E. (Life saving Information For Emergencies) form is designed to speak for you in an emergency when you can’t. Always keep the form updated with the most current medical information and stored in a plastic bag tapped to your refrigerator door or inside your refrigerator. Emergency personnel (police, fire, EMS) are trained to check for this form when responding to an emergency call. If you have any questions about the Vial of Life program, contact your Neighborhood Watch Representative.
