The Annual Meeting of the Assocation is Wednesday April 26 at 7PM at the Kettering American Legion. Formal notification of the meeting has been mailed to all owners. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members of the Board of Directors. Three (3) Board positions will be voted on at the meeting. The 3 incumbents have volunteered to continue if elected. If you cannot attend you are encouraged to fill out a proxy form that will be in the mailed meeting notice.
